Washers before and after filling to remove fluff from disk sander.

Rounding washer on disk sander using jig. (fingers taped due to repetitive process causing soreness)

Some of the squares ready to be rounded into washers using the jig.Cutting the corners off the squares to speed up sanding time.

6.5 mm ply pieces ready to be drilled.

Using circle making jig, sanding a 25 mm Diameter circles

Circle making jig fine adjust with philips head screw driver.

Circle making jig firmly attached to bed of vertical disk sander. Is yet to be attached to sliding right angle bed
